Hey folks - just to say that you can now do a Print on Demand via a Lulu Project - no faffing with setting up a Lulu project, just purchase and have sent to you. It is still totally Non-Commercial so costs are only for printing and postage. The link to the Lulu Project is on the Project Page.
Also I've updated the cover slightly to fix a bleed problem. Please use v2 if you are planning on setting up your own PoD project.
