Gold Top now with Print-on-Demand option

Big update! One of Gold Top's fans made his own Print on Demand version, and this prompted me to create a PoD project for it on Lulu. Many thanks Ray Irving, this would not have happened without you! The whole 200 pages is less than £15 delivered, in the UK, and it is very pretty if I do say so myself.
