Thirsting for blood or knowledge?
During the pandemic I ran Death on the Reik, from the much lauded The Enemy Within campaign. Unfortunately, although I loved the narrative, even with the help of third-party guides, like the (awesome) Awesome-Lies blog, I found it unwieldy, railroady, and, dare I say it... full of plot holes, continuity issues, and other suspension-of-disbelief issues.
I decided that my next project would be to see if I could put a Warhammer campaign setting together that was compelling, easy to run, consistent, enabling of player agency, and yet still cool to play. So much for putting my neck out then! Hopefully this effort is at least a little of these things. Let me know what you think!
